• Weekly hire is from Saturday to Saturday.
• Telephone and email provisional bookings will be held for 7 days.
• £50 deposit to be sent at time of booking, which is non-refundable.
• Final payment to be made four weeks prior to holiday date.
• Property is available from 4 pm on day of entry and vacated not later than 10 am on day of departure.
• Hirers are responsible for any damages or breakages
• Property to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to re-let the apartment and return your payment, less the initial deposit. If this is not possible, all monies paid will be forfeited. It is recommended that you take out insurance cover for such an eventuality.

There is strictly no smoking and regret that pets are not permitted in the apartments.
