The guest house is open for Easter and from May to September providing bed and breakfast. There are six bedrooms all with private 'en-suite' facilities, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The accommodation available comprises one twin bedded room, four doubles and one single room. Two of the double rooms have views over Loch Linnhe and an additional supplement applies to these rooms.

Lochview offers a varied choice of breakfast menu and there is a comfortable lounge for guests' use, with panoramic views over Loch Linnhe.
