TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Telephone and email bookings will only be provisionally held for 7 days.
• We require a UK cheque to cover the first night’s accommodation, or credit/debit card details as a guarantee to confirm a reservation.
• Rooms are available from 3 pm; however, if you arrive earlier and want to make the most of the area, we will be happy to store your luggage. Please phone to make sure someone is available. If your arrival time is likely to be later than 6pm, please let us know. Check out time is 10 am on the day of departure and we will be happy to store luggage if you are taking the evening sleeper.
• Cancellations – should you need to cancel two weeks prior to your arrival or your reservation is a ‘no show’, we reserve the right to debit payment for the reserved accommodation. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation and if this occurs, no monies would be due. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation occurs six weeks or more before your arrival, less a £5 administration fee. Insurance cover for such an eventuality is recommended.
• Credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge (minimum £2) to cover bank charges.
• Lochview is a non-smoking establishment
• Regret pets are not accepted.
