Ardgour is the name of the small village on the Ardnamurchan side of the Corran Ferry, as well as the name of the mountain range to the west of Loch Linnhe.

This area is very scenic and time passes at its own pace in this tranquil land. This area formed the backdrop for much of the filming of Kidnapped. Look out for the lighthouse guarding the Corran Narrows and Cille Mhaodain ruins with gravestones of the Macleans of Ardgour.
